Enter the following details: -
  • Username - This is your Staff ID (including the character "S", i.e. S123456) OR your Email Address (e.g. john.w@emirates.com or john.w@dnata.com)
  • Password - This field refers to your Network Password (also referred to as the second password or the office PC password)
Click on "LOGIN" to initiate the authentication process which, once successful, will launch the application you are trying to access.


This normally occurs if your browser setting does not have cookies and JavaScript enabled.

If you are facing issues logging into the application then this could be due to the browser trying to reuse the webpage stored in the Browser's Cache.
To resolve this kindly clear your Browser's Cache and Cookies.

This can be done by following the steps in the URL provided below: -

The will make sure that you are accessing the updated version of the application and it will NOT affect your browser's history.

For Cabin Crew Portal Users accessing via Safari browser: -
Please implement the following steps to ensure that your password for the logon process is not taken from the browser Cache: -
  • Open the Safari menu
  • Select "Preferences"
  • Switch to the "AutoFill" tab
  • Click the Edot button for "Usernames and Passwords"
  • Delete the entry that corresponds to CCP/EK



If you are facing issues logging into a Mobile App (e.g. Outlook / Yammer / etc.) on your Android/iOS mobile device then please delete the respective App and re-install it.
